Thanks for providing such a wonderful service. All of the employees we have encountered at Doug the Dog Man have been very helpful and pleasant. They give us feedback on how Max is doing and Max clearly enjoys going each week. The staff seems to enjoy Max, too! We're grateful you have added grooming services. – Susan ----------- Wonderful!! Jada absolutely loves you and being at Daycare! - Jason ----------- We couldn't be happier with the care Peabody gets every time he attends daycare. Both Sherry and Wayne have gone out of their way to make the entire experience easy for us. It may seem like a small thing, but they regularly come retrieve Peabody from me so that I don't have to deal with the baby in the cold. They let me know how his day went, and seem genuinely happy to see him in the mornings. Peabody has been in daycare since he was a puppy and has always loved the socialization with the dogs and people. I know he gets to do his favorite things with you all - chase the ball - and that he gets plenty of attention and affection. Knowing he is there being so well loved each day makes it possible for my husband and me to focus on work during the day without worrying about him. He comes home happy and tired :) – Sarah ----------- We love you. Cambi loves you. What would we do without you? – Debbie ----------- I think your service is terrific. Lola enjoys going, I enjoy sending her. Everyone is very friendly and kind. It works out great for us. 1.) My favorite thing is your flexibility. It is really wonderful to have such large blocks of time when we can drop off and pick up. 2) I really feel that everybody knows my dog and that he is a better dog for having day care and not just because he is tired. 3) Wayne is a great guy. I don't know the new woman well but she seems very pleasant. Drop off and pick-up is always an efficient experience. I feel that you are happy to see us come and happy to see us go! (oops that doesn't sound quite right- I mean I feel that you appreciate our business and it shows) 4) I love the way you keep us updated via email. woks for me! - Diane ----------- We love it. Sandy would live there if he could. I'd use it more often if possible. People there are always pleasant. Dogs are well taken care of and happy. – Hilary ----------- I've been very happy with the service you're providing. I like to see the way that you all interact with the dogs - I've never walked away thinking that Dugu was just being watched, but rather he was being well taken care of. (And that is hard to believe because I was sold on her from the day I saw her puppy pictures!!!). Wayne and Sherrie are great to us and you are the best!
